How Will This Deeper Love Guide Help My Relationship & Increase my life Satisfaction?

If you are single or happily solo- it is extremely important to prioritize your emotional health through cultivating your oxytocin levels. Please see the special guide I made just for you! This will also help you feel less “touch starved” if you are living alone.
I created the PDF and Audio Guides below to activate your love hormones on a daily basis so you can enjoy a deeper and stronger foundation together. Over time, couples can also rebuild and increase desire for sexual intimacy. It’s like Sexy Brain Magic!
Singles can also help elevate your mood, connection to your own joy & sensuality, and decrease “skin-hunger” that happens if we don’t get enough frequent touch and bonding opportunities.
Instructions:
Print out the PDF and follow the daily prompts to build your love connection! Any of the practices can be switched up. If an activity doesn’t appeal to one of you, try the “Substitute Activity” at the end of the list, or choose a different day.
Another idea: each partner can choose a bonding behavior for the day, and alternate days. If either of you is too exhausted to do one of these simple activities, just spoon each other as you fall asleep—preferably skin-to-skin. Please use your discretion; if your health may not permit a suggested activity, or it does not appeal to you, please skip it.

Audio Guided Bonding Practices for Partners
These practices are between 5-10 minutes long with a brief introduction. I suggest doing these when you will not be disturbed and you can relax and be fully comfortable together. There is no sexual touch, but these practices are designed to increase your intimacy and closeness…so who knows what could happen after?
